Marcie Soloway is a graduate of the BFA program at Syracuse University.

Following her graduation she lived in Paris and worked as a textile designer at the Paul Hargatti Design Studio, studying the style and nuance of design. Marcie returned to New York City and founded Marcie Designs Inc., currently one of the fashion industry’s preeminent textile design studios representing artists and studios from Europe, Australia and the United States.

Marcie has studied at Columbia University School of the Arts, with a focus on oil painting. Her oil paintings include portraits and landscapes with vibrant colors and rich fantasy imagery.
